Description

Note:
- Lentils can be added to any of the other purees to provide texture.
- Lentils are legumes and therefore contain both fibre and protein. Adding lentils may assist in helping alleviate constipation.
- Lentils can also be added to vegetable purees to boost the protein content of the meal. It can also be added to any of the stews / spaghettis to increase the nutritional value.
