By continuing and shopping with us you acknowledge that you accept, understand and read our terms & conditions. Bibs & Bowls reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time, we will provide notice of changes by sending an email or through our website. Bibs & Bowls may choose to cancel your order if we believe that you are providing untrue or inaccurate information.
Product pricing and availability
You agree that Bibs & Bowls may modify or discontinue products either temporarily or permanently. All our products are subject to availability. We strive to give you high quality baby food and due to perishable nature of certain products conditions beyond our control we may need to make substitutions from time to time that will still meet the require standards of Bibs & Bowls and that falls within our ingredient specifications.
Placing of orders
Any orders that you place will be made through the Bibs & Bowls website. No orders will be made by email or telephonically (Whatsapp). We cannot take responsibility for orders placed by us and therefore to prevent any confusion all orders need to be made online. We will advise to spare some time for yourself to open an account online so that when you place an order in the future that your details will be filled in automatically, it will not be necessary to fill in all the information every time you place an order.
Payments
Orders for collection should be paid by our payment method provided. Proof of payment should be emailed to (info@bibsandbowls.co.za) after purchase has been made by EFT payment. Payments should be made prior to collection date. If proof of payment has not yet been sent by the date of collection, Bibs & Bowls have the right to either postpone the collection date or cancel the order.
Delivery
No deliveries will be made by Bibs & Bowls. All orders should be collected from the given address (5 Sederberg Street, Kamma Heights, Gqeberha, 6070). Please remember to bring your cooler box when collecting the food. A collection date will be sent to you via email. Upon collection you are responsible to check the product for any damage and to make sure that all products are in a frozen condition. In the unlikely event that you have a reason to believe that the product is not suitable for consumption please contact us immediately. To make sure the quality of the product is maintained it is advised to arranged your route that when you do your collection that it is just before you go home and the moment you get home, please make sure to put the product in the freezer.
Returns
We trust you will love the products which Bibs & Bowls offers to you but there may be an occasion where you feel the need to return a product. If you are not satisfied with your product upon collection or it is damaged, Bibs & Bowls need to be informed within 7 days of payment. Arrangements need to be made prior the return of the product. We may require the damaged/faulty product to be returned before we provide replacement or credit.
Cancellation
If for some reason you need to cancel an order, you can do so telephonically. If you cancel an order that payment has already been made, no refund will be given but we will keep the credit for you for a future purchase.
Liability
Bibs & Bowls cannot be held liable for any internet/service errors that may occur on the website. We will try our upmost best that the online orders will work smoothly.
